He was predeceased by: his parents, Moyer Smith Sr. and Olga Smith (Neil). He is survived by: his wife Joan Adele Rutherford (Rutherford); his children, Kimberly and Moyer III; his brother Robert (Fredrick MD); his grandchildren, Nicholas, Victoria and Sabrina; and his pet Sumo of John's River.
Memorials may be given to Hospice of St. Francis.
