It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Newell Thomas Brand (Rockledge, Florida), born in Orlando, Florida, who passed away on April 11, 2024, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by : his wife Gatha Brand (Kabase); and his parents, John Brand and Agnes Brand (Wilson). He is survived by : his children, Rose Marie Pendleton (William) of Montgomery, Stephen Brand (Donna) of Rockledge and Fred (Billie Jo Mayes) of Rockledge; his grandchildren, Alyson Reynolds (Tony), Miles Brand (Jesimar), Brantley Pendleton, Denton Pendleton, Eden Pendleton, Aaron Brand, Ella Brand and Isaac Brand; and his siblings, Jack Brand (Mriann), Joe Brand (Lee), Mary Anne Long and Pamela Rock. He is also survived by 7 beautiful great-grandchildren, his parents, and his heavenly Father.

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, May 4th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Florida Memorial (5950 US-1, Rockledge, FL 32955). A committal service will be held on Monday, May 6th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Cape Canaveral National Cemetery (5525 US-1, Mims, FL 32754).
