He was loved and cherished by many people including: his mother Vesty O'delle Earley; his friends, Graham Clontz and Speedy; his wife Carrie; his children, Jaime and Norma; and his grandchildren, Michael Norman and Lynlee Jo Lucent. He was also cherished by his family and countless friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or Aging Matters in Brevard.
