He was predeceased by: his parents, Billy Frank "Bill" and Twila Jean Ruark (Pugh); his wife Deanne Rae Rhodes; and his daughter-in-law Cheryl Rapoano. He is survived by: his children, Brian Ruark (Kimberly) of Wichita, KS, Roger Rapoano of South Daytona, FL, Sandra Smith (Douglas) of New Smyrna Beach, FL and Regina Ulrich (Nolan); his brothers, Cary Ruark (Lisa McQuade) of Wichita, KS and Mark Ruark (Julia Van) of Big Piney, WY; his grandchildren, Jacob, Brajdyn, Eddie, Clayton, Kimberly, Matthew, Hannah and Rebecca; and his great grandchildren, Elias, Lydia and Adalynn.
Memorials may be given to the Wounded Warrior Project or Victory in the Valley in care of Birzer Funeral Home, Lyons.
