He was predeceased by: his parents, Francisco Cruz and Carmen Cruz; and his siblings, Margaret Morales (Ruben), Pedro Cruz, Francisco Cruz Jr. "Papo" (Barbara) and Luis Cruz (Kim).
He is survived by: his wife Irma; his children, Janirys Canizares (David) and Joel Martinez; his grandchildren, Jazmyn and Andres; and his brothers, Alfred Cruz (Sandra), Gamaliel Cruz, David Cruz (Nikki), Isaac Cruz and Carlos Cruz (Liza). He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 1st 2026 from 6:00 PM to 6:45 PM at the Florida Memorial (5950 US-1, Rockledge, FL 32955). A funeral service will be held on Monday, June 1st 2026 from 7:00 PM to 8:30 PM at the same location. A committal service will be held on Tuesday, June 2nd 2026 from 9:00 AM to 9:30 AM at the Cape Canaveral National Cemetery (5525 US-1, Mims, FL 32754).
