She is survived by: her husband Larry Kelly; her children, Brian Kelly (Christy) and Jennifer Kelly; her grandchildren, Jared Wright, Joshua Wright and Kira McMullen; and her siblings, Michael Masingill, Kay White and Carl Masingill.

Visitation will be held on Friday, September 18th 2026 from 9:30 AM to 10:00 AM at the First Baptist Church (140 Magnolia Ave, Merritt Island, FL 32952). A funeral service will be held on Friday, September 18th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location. A committal service will be held on Friday, September 18th 2026 at 1:30 PM at the Cape Canaveral National Cemetery (5525 US-1, Mims, FL 32754).
