He was predeceased by: his parents, William Leonard Spicer and Mary Lucille White; his stepmother Elizabeth Spicer; and his brother Dane Spicer. He is survived by: his wife Linda Spicer; his daughter Jaime Lynn; his son-in-law David William Jeffrey; his grandson Grayson William Jeffrey; and his sisters, Patricia Patrick, Debbie Spicer and Kim Castaldo.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Wounded Warrior Project or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
