She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Germain and Leona St. Germain. She is survived by: her husband Gerard "Jerry" Polomski; her children, Richard Nordoff of Florida and Laura Royce of Myrtle Beach, SC; and her siblings, Jerry St. Germain of Albuquerque, NM and Jeanne Hollister of Ledyard Ct.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Claudette's memory to the Moffitt Cancer Center or to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, two organizations that were meaningful to her.
