He was predeceased by: his parents, Caterina Calchi and Giuseppe Calchi; and his siblings, Luigi Calchi and Giuseppina Melluso. He is survived by: his wife Nunziata Calchi; his children, Joseph Calchi (Michelle) and Catherine Badalamenti (Giacomo); his granddaughter Angela Badalamenti; and his siblings, Assunta Sorrentino and Franca San Filippo.
