He was predeceased by: his grandchildren, Kaiya, Alex and Remy; and his daughter Ramona Sanders-David. He is survived by: his former wife Cynthia Wilson; his wife Kathleen Sanders; his children, Bobby Sanders Jr. and Norice Smith (Tony); his stepchildren, Cecilia Castillo-Johnson, Lanita Castillo-Flagg, Kisha Castillo-McIntosh and Marvin Castillo II (Claudette); his sister Verla Barry; his sisters-in-law, Earnestine Curry, Sara Wilder, Sunae Rolle and Hedwig Rolle; and his close friends, Rudy Manuel (Theresa), Curtis Williams (Jean) and Ben Smith (Julia). He is also survived by 21 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren.
