He was predeceased by: his parents, Vivian Folkes and Henrietta Folkes; his siblings, Janet Folkes-Spence and Donald; and his son Kenneth.
He is survived by: his wife Joan; his daughter Keisha; his grandchildren, Jalyssa and Jalina; his siblings, Errol, Beryl (Peggy), Christine and Michael Lozanne (Bibbi); and his friends, George, Loretta Nairne, Eric and Gloria Williams. He is also survived by several nieces, grandnieces, nephews, and grandnephews; along with cousins, uncles, and aunts.
