He is survived by: his wife Carmen Diaz (Torres); his sons, Edward Diaz (Wendy) and Richard Diaz; his grandsons, Bradley Diaz (Alyssa) and Matthew Diaz (Sandra Goll); and his great grandchild Jaxson Diaz.
