He was predeceased by: his parents, Constant Sylvain and Jane Sylvain; his brother Hervey Sylvain (Ghislaine); and his nephew Alain Sylvain. He is survived by: his wife Patty Sylvain; his children, Brigitte McMillan (Leon), Ginger Laroche (Richard), Kerry Sylvain, Bradley Sylvain (Rebekah) and Christine Sylvain (Brian Schmitt); his grandchildren, Cameron, Soleil, Dominique, Ebba-Simone, Savannah, Alexis, Dorian, Jaxon, Brielle, Jolie and Angelique; and his siblings, Michele Bonny, Gladys Sylvain and Alfred Sylvain (Michelle).
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 19th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Palms West Funeral Home and Crematory (110 Business Park Way, Royal Palm Beach, FL 33411). A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, June 20th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Our Lady Queen of the Apostles Catholic Church (100 Crestwood Blvd S, Royal Palm Beach, FL 33411). A burial will be held on Friday, June 20th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Our Lady of Peace Cemetery (10941 Southern Blvd, Royal Palm Beach, FL 33411).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to Path to College, a nonprofit founded by his youngest daughter, Christine.
