He is survived by : his wife Nayda Rivera Rodriguez; and his children, Harry Jr., Henry L., Herbert, Hector A. and Naydeen Alejandro.

A memorial service was held on Saturday, April 13th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM and from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Serenity Meadows Memorial Park Funeral Home & Crematory (6919 Providence Rd, Riverview, FL 33578). Visitation was held on Saturday, April 13th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, April 23rd 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Sarasota National Cemetery.
