Scott of Ruskin, Florida, born in El Paso, Texas, who passed away on March 29, 2025, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, MSgt Kenneth LeRoy Scott and Virginia Louise Nelson Scott; and his brother Jeffery William Scott. He is survived by: his wife Sheila Scott; his son David Scott; his stepchildren, Ernesto Garcia (Barbara), Eric M. Garcia (Katya) and Chrissy Nieves (Jose); and his siblings, Pam Kestler (Paul), Roxanne Scott, Rhonda Newell (Derrick) and Rick Scott (Sue). He is also survived by 5 grandchildren.
