He is survived by: his parents, Bruce Slater and Loretta Slater; his wife Marci Slater (Miller); his children, Jacob Slater, Annabelle Slater and Jonah Slater; his brother Kevin Slater (Jacki); his nephews, Josh Plummer (Jasmine) and Jack Dunham; his niece Haleigh Paglialonga (Christian); his sister-in-law Donna Miller Dunham (Dana); his cousins, Lori Fisher (Ed), Judi Clos and Madison Hackler; and his pet Rocky. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
