She is survived by : her parents, Jim Sullivan and Shirley Ann Sullivan; her husband Prince David Matt, Sr.; her stepchildren, Princess Ousley (Andre) and Prince D. Matt Jr.; her siblings, Karen Sullivan, Steven Sullivan, Douglas Sullivan and Dionne Sullivan; and her stepsister Linda Woodard. She is also survived by cousins, in laws and friends.
