She is survived by: her children, Lorilee Scott and Michael Modula (Diana); her grandchildren, Jonathan Helms (Lori), Amanda Kapp (Gabe), Susanne Sparkman (Caleb), Myles Scott, Michael Modula and Joseph Modula (Alex); her great grandchildren, Dylan Helms, Gavin Helms, Aria Kapp, Dominic Kapp, Silas Kapp, Thea Sparkman, Lawson Sparkman, Alex Modula, Mia Modula and Isabel Modula; her niece Cherie Ward (Bob); and her close friend Sally. She is also survived by many extended family members and dear friends.
