We are sad to announce that, on November 13, 2020, at the age of 79, Randel Tyrone Burney of Safety Harbor, Florida passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Burney. He is survived by: his children, Randall Burney, Milton Campbell, Melvin Burney, Eric Campbell, Wanda Hudson and Renee Burney; his sisters, Annie Miller (Willie), Gloria Norfleet (Moses), Lillie Salph, Merrian Burney, Mildred Burney and Denise Campbell; his sisters-in-law, Lois Manual, Serena Campbell, Doreatha Higgins, Joanne Campbell and Shawn Hart; and his friends, Calvin Royals, Sr., Walter Goins and Oneal Larkin. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins.

Covid 19 guidelines will be observed during all services.
