He was predeceased by: his parents, Virgil Howard and Dorothy Howard; his birth parents, Virgil and Dorothy Howard; and his adoptive parents, Henry Clay and Modie Howard.
He is survived by: his uncle Henry Clay Howard; his former wife Marlene Seymour; his son Jason; his friend Jason; his pets, Bonnie and Clyde; Modie Howard. He is also survived by many cousins and friends.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, January 18th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Sylvan Abbey Funeral Home (2853 Sunset Point Rd, Clearwater, FL 33759). A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, January 18th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 3:30 PM at the same location.
