With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Robert Paul Tier of Saint Augustine Beach, Florida, born in West Hazleton, Pennsylvania, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 18, 2025 at the age of 62. He was predeceased by: his father Nicholas Carl Tier; and his brother Anthony Nicholas Tier. He is survived by: his wife Jill S. Tier of St. Augustine Beach; his son Benjamin David Tier of Portland, OR; his mother Theresa Mary Tier of Hazleton, PA; his brother Michael John Tier (Sharon); his sibling's children, Niki and Carly; his sister-in-law Linda Tier; and his nephews, Nick (Kerry) and Matt (Diana).
During the COVID pandemic in 2020, he also worked at Woodchuck's Furniture in Jacksonville, remaining there until early 2025.
