She was predeceased by: her parents, George Cusack and Florence VanDerkar Cusack; her son David Bosselman; and her grandson Christian Bartholomew. She is survived by: her children, Robert Bosselman (Paula), Catherine Altman (Allen), Anne M. Bartholomew (Alan), John Bosselman and Sandra Bosselman; her grandchildren, Victoria Bosselman, Julia Altman Mendenhall, David Altman, Mindy Altman (Taylor), Nathan Bartholomew (Paulie), Kelianne Coffman (Jon), John Bosselman (Neil), Connor Bosselman, Camille Rose (Max), Noelle Bosselman, Alexandra Lazar, David Lazar Bosselman and Evan Scott; her great grandchildren, Rowan, Keanu Mendenhall, Tara Bartholomew, Lucas Coffman, Lanah and Rocco Rose; her brother George Cusack (Joan); her nieces and nephews, Michael, Kevin, Matthew, Steve, Chris Cusack and Michelle Connelly; her sister-in-law Helen Bosselman; and her nephew Andy Bosselman.
