Amber Franklin Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Amber Franklin of Saint Augustine, Florida, who passed away on February 7, 2023 at the age of 22. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Richard, Elvern Neubauer and James Franklin; her uncles, Tom Neubauer and Howie; and her brother Jason Franklin.

She is survived by: her parents, Cathy Neubauer and Jay Franklin (Gigi); her siblings, Nick and Mandy Rueda (David); her nephew Zaelyn; her grandmother Shirley Franklin; and her caregiver Amanda.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Amber's name to The Dystonia Medical Research Foundation.
