She was predeceased by: her father Dominick Pantaleo; and her husband William Polaskey, Sr.. She is survived by: her children, William Jr. (Ellen) and Lisa Stocki (Eddie); her grandchildren, Krystina Moore (Michael), Alexandra Montanez, Jessica Friedman and Jennifer Smith (Kristopher); and her great grandchildren, Emily, Joshua, Elizabeth Friedman, Alivia Montanez, Merrick, Hope Smith, Jaedyn Stocki, Leyla and Mikey Moore.
