He was predeceased by: his niece Nicole Harris. He is survived by: his former wife Grace Carr; his daughters, Sheryl Billitz-Pappy (Larry Pappy) of St. Augustine and Kathy Harris (Trip) of Palm Coast; his sister Estelle Smith of Tampa; his grandchildren, Scott McElroy (Jaime), Lauren Billitz (Dallas Pappy) and Gracie Harris; his great grandchildren, Lexeigh Billitz, Isabella McElroy and Kollins Billitz-Pappy; and his sister Louise Andreu.
