He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. Allen Holden and Mary Holden; and his brother Robert Holden. He is survived by: his wife Eileen Holden; his daughters, Nicole Kalil (Jose) and Kimberly Prouty (Kevin); his stepchildren, Debi Foster (Douglas), Jimmy Jones (Kathleen) and Joy Case (Michael); and his brother Allen Holden (Betty). He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
