She is survived by: her husband Giles Carrington Cook; her son Ian Fowble (Caitlin); her granddaughter Gemma Bell of Ellicott City, MD; her daughter Jessie Fowble of Tampa; her stepchildren, Katarina Cook of La Honda, CA, Giles Cook and Charles Cook of California; and her sisters, Linda Hart (Bill), Patty Coward (Wilson) and Karen Bell.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested making donations to Community Hospice, Bailey Family Center for Caring at Flagler Hospital: 200 Health Park Blvd.
