She was predeceased by: her husband William H. Kelly; her brothers, Edgar Meeker Jr. and Terry Abrams; her stepson William H. Kelly III; her adoptive parents, Edgar Meeker and Eleanor Meeker; and her mother Mable Gwizdak.

She is survived by: her children, Tina Baggs (Henry Baggs), Vanessa Kelly (Lance Albers), Justin Kelly and Robert Kelly; her grandchildren, Andrew, William, Thomas Baggs, Skyler Fowler and Dillon Anderson; and her brothers, Jack Abrams (Trish Abrams) and Danny Gwizdak (Valorie Gwizdak). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
