He is survived by: his wife Cathy Toney (Dowdy); his daughters, Brenda Harper (Brendon), Whitney Wheeling (Eric), Rebecca Harper (Shawn) and Renae Szymczak (Neil); his brother Randy Toney (Debbie); and his grandchildren, Cullen, Presley, Keely, Patrick, Kyra, Molly, Braden, Ryan, Dean, Ellie, Gunnar and Eve.
