She was predeceased by: her parents, John Anthony and Alpha Ferrence. She is survived by: her husband Dr. Gerald "Jerry" Carver of St. Augustine; her children, David Carver (Stacy) of West Milford, NJ and Charlotte Renee Paul (Russell) of St. Augustine; and her grandchildren, Hannah Carver, Amelia Mitchell, Jacob Carver, Jackson Mitchell and Cooper Carver.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Carolyn's memory to the American Cancer Society.
