Claire McCarter Obituary

We are sad to announce that, on March 11, 2023, at the age of 90, Claire McCarter of Saint Augustine, Florida passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Theodore Cyr and Marie Cyr; and her brother Gerard Cyr. She is survived by: her children, Denise Milam (Robert), Charlene Burnett (John), Diane Cumiskey (Matt), Cheyenne Jones (Joseph), Debra Gregory (Raymond), Danielle Siegel, Kenneth Schultz (Maggie) and Jackie McCarter; and her husband Charles Van Dodds. She is also survived by her 15 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren and 4 great-great grandchildren.
