He is survived by: his wife Emma Cresswell of St. Augustine; his mother Donna Jean Creswell of Toledo, Ohio; his stepson Homer Plumley of St. Augustine; his siblings, Jeff Creswell of Georgia, Susan Heinschel of Toledo and Cathy Pawlicki of Georgia; and his close friends, Eddie Landers of Jacksonville and Marshall Plass of Jacksonville.
