He is survived by: his children, Scott A. Williams McKinley, Davia M. Flatter-Upton, Sara E. Jones Roberson Williams and Jessica R. Jones; and his niece Jessica Danielle Fletcher. He is also survived by nephews, cousins and other extended family.
