He is survived by: his wife Susan Evans; his daughter Michelle Day; his son-in-law Nick Day; and his siblings, Paula Blanton (David) of Flatwoods Kentucky and Guy Evans Jr. of Ohio. He is also survived by many extended family members including sisters and brothers-in-law and many nieces and nephews.
