He was predeceased by: his parents, Byron Rosenbloom and Adelaide Rosenbloom Paluzzi; his stepfather James Paluzzi; his half-siblings, Helene Rosenbloom, Betsy Schwartz and Morey Rosenbloom; and his brothers-in-law, William Cotton and Edward Swartz.
He is survived by: his wife Laura Rosenbloom; his children, Jay (Aleisha Rosenbloom) and Jill (Jim Lister); his grandchildren, Austin, Logan, Mason Lister, Nicholas, Troy and Sydney Rosenbloom; his half-sister Ida Korzelius; and his siblings-in-law, Kate, Dr. Ed Jones, Mary Cotton, Jim and Mary Robbins. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 30th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Lowery-Urban Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Inc. (225 S Main St, Athens, PA 18810). A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. The military honors will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 at 12:45 PM at the Tioga Point Cemetery (803 N Main St, Athens, PA 18810).
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial donations in David's name be made to the Greater Valley Chamber of Commerce, 109 Chemung St., Waverly, NY 14892, the Greater Valley EMS, 904 N. Lehigh Avenue, Sayre, PA 18840, or a charity of one's choice.
