He is survived by: his wife Mary Jean Martin; his daughters, Donna Stears of St. Augustine, Florida. and Janice Phelan (William) of St. Augustine, Florida.; and his stepchildren, Diana Nash of Rensselaer, Mary Acker (late Howard) of Culpeper, Virginia, Patricia Weidman (Bruce), Thomas McShane (Danine) and Robert Michael McShane of Brunswick.
