He is survived by: his wife Mary; his son Michael Mergener (Rachel); his stepchildren, Melissa Clark, Margaret Clark and Adam Sparks; and his siblings, Philip Mergener, Michael Mergener, Richard Mergener and Julie Renck. He is also survived by his family, and his friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Craig Funeral Home (1475 Old Dixie Hwy, St. Augustine, FL 32084). A memorial service was held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
