He was predeceased by: his father Earl L. Harper, Sr.; his sisters, Toni D. Harper and Cheryl Terry (Harper); and his grandparents, Arthur James Lacey, Mattie Bell Lacey and Essie B. Hatten.
He is survived by: his mother Bernice Lacey Harper of Saint Augustine, Florida.; and his brother Rick R. Harper, Sr. (Kimberly) of Colorado Springs, Colorado. He is also survived by nieces; two nephews; (10) adoring great-nieces; (10) great nephews; and a host of treasured cousins, other relatives, and close family friends.
