He is survived by: his wife Irene Pereira; his sons, Edward S. Pereira (Christen) and Chad H. Pereira of Saint Augustine, FL; and his stepsons, Jeff S. Phillips (Amy) of Brent, AL and David Phillips (Joy) of Quincy, IL. He is also survived by his four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
