Elaine Eddy Obituary

Elaine Eddy (née Wenner), 51, passed away on May 15, 2022, in Saint Augustine, Florida. She was born in Easton, Pennsylvania, to Robert Wenner and Veronica Wenner (née Klega). She grew up in Wilson, Pennsylvania, and graduated from Wilson High School in 1988.

Elaine was a very kind and gentle soul, and she loved her family fiercely. She was a wonderful wife and mother, and she treasured her parents, siblings, and extended family.

Knowing Elaine was knowing her generosity, from her gift of baking, especially in the form of custom character-shaped cake pops, serving as a team mom for several of her children's sports and spoiling her fur babies. She most enjoyed being in nature, notably at Promised Land Lake; rooting for the Houston Astros, especially for her favorite player, Jose Altuve; and poking fun at TV shows and movies with family. Her sense of humor was subtle but sharp-witted, and her laugh contagious.

Elaine is survived by her best friend and husband of 19 years, Chris; son, Michael; and daughter, Sunshine. She is also survived by her siblings Robert, Rick, Tim, Maryann, Don, and David, along with nieces Amanda, Carly, Monika, and Elizabeth, nephews Don and Zachary, and a host of uncles, aunts, cousins, great-nieces, and great-nephews. She was preceded in death by both parents.
