She was predeceased by: her parents, Jacob Oesterreicher and Ruth Oesterreicher; her former husband Tate Brown; her sons, Thomas and Winfred "Tate" Brown, Jr.; her grandson Casey Carter; and her siblings, William, Milton Higginbotham and Ruth Schneider.
She is survived by: her husband David Lucier; her daughter Tammie Carter; and her grandchildren, Carrie Carter, Thomas Brown and David Brown. She is also survived by her six great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 14th 2026 at 11:00 AM at 1575 Old Dixie Hwy, Titusville, FL 32796.
