He was predeceased by: his parents, Vincent Trotta (Jimmy) and Mary Trotta (Bucco); his wife Virginia Trotta (Viggiano); and his siblings, Anthony, Vincent, Paul, Lawrence, Edward, William, Mary and Catherine.
He is survived by: his sister Virginia Manzella (Trotta) of Brooklyn, NY.; his son Daniel Trotta (Phyllis) of Denver, N. C.; his sisters, Diane Trotta, O. P. of Cornwall, N. Y. and Thomas Trotta (Sandra) of Henrico, VA.; his grandchildren, Danielle Trotta Benton (Robby) of Davidson, N. C., Andrea Trotta Gagliano (Daniel) of Davidson, N. C, Eric Trotta of Idaho Falls, ID and Austin Trotta of New Haven, CT; and his great grandchild Peter Trotta Gagliano of Davidson, N. C.. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
