She is survived by: her father Eugene Collis of St. Augustine, FL; her children, Patrick Collis of Norfolk, VA, David E. Collis of St. Augustine, FL, Eugene Smith of Meridian, MS and Samantha Smith of Meridian, MS; and her siblings, Rene Collis, Anita Gisondi of St. Augustine, FL, Christopher Collis of Jacksonville, FL and Albert Collis of St. Augustine. She is also survived by ten grandchildren.
