She was predeceased by: her parents, George Kraus and Pearl Kraus; and her husband Richard K. Jaquith. She is survived by: her children, Christopher Jaquith (Jana) and Michelle Barnes (Jeff); her grandchildren, Richard (Sara), Cole, Cameron, Justin, Courteney and Allison; and her great grandchildren, Lillian and Jackson.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial contributions be made to support Faralyn's granddaughter's missionary service in Choma, Zambia, through Poetice, continuing Faralyn's legacy of faith and service.
