He was predeceased by: his parents, William Mehok and Mary Catherine Mehok. He is survived by: his siblings, Nadine Mehok of North Versailles, PA, Bill Mehok (Denise) of West Homestead, PA, Doreen Lucas (Dennis) of St. Augustine, FL and Ken Mehok (Mary) of Munhall, PA.; his aunts, Dorothy Datemasch (Edward) of Plum Borough, PA, Maureen Fry (late Harry) of Munhall, PA and Arlene Gannon (John) of Atlanta, GA.; his nephews, Ryan and Brandon Lucas of St. Augustine; and his close friends, Rick, Lou and Linda Larson of St. Augustine.
