He was predeceased by: his parents, Eddie Roy Lightsey Sr. and Margaret "Beanie" Lightsey; and his siblings, Mike Lightsey, Eddie R Lightsey, Jr., Ferrell Lightsey and Linda Bartosik.
He is survived by: his wife Vivian Severt Lightsey; his children, Benjamin Lightsey of Daytona Beach, Dustin Lightsey (Heather) of Sebastian, FL and Cheyenne Lightsey of St. Augustine; his brother Lester Lightsey; and his grandchildren, Wyatt Leonard, Sunny Lynn, Zane Fisher and Sawyer Atlas.
