He was predeceased by : his parents, Harold Richard Stevens Jr. and Linda Pacetti Butler. He is survived by : his daughters, Jessica Jane Stevens and Hanna Renee Stevens.

In lieu of flowers, the family has requested making donations to Community Hospice, Bailey Family Center for Caring 200 Health Park Blvd St. Augustine, Fl at Flagler Hospital.
