He was predeceased by: his parents, Jose Rodriguez and Victoria Rodriguez; his son Jose "Pepe" Rodriguez; and his brothers, Jose, Luis and Rafael Rodriguez.
He is survived by: his wife Elba Rodriguez; his children, Hector Ivan Rodriguez (Sandra), Marvin Rodriguez (Migmarie) and Gerson Rodriguez (Jamie); and his grandchildren, Damian, Danella, Mateo, Lola and Rosalia.
