He was predeceased by: his parents, H. D. Goolesby and Lucille Blocker Pacetti; and his mother-in-law Thelma Cox Novak. He is survived by: his wife Muriel Goolesby; his children, Tony Davis, Pamela Murphy (Clay), Darlene Weaver and Renee Allen (Freddie); his grandchildren, Alicia Irvin (Richie), Duke Weaver, Brandi Petrantoni (Kevin), Brittany Goolesby (Ricky), Kimberly Jarrell (Daniel), Connor Murphy (Stacie), Kaylee Allen, Cory Murphy and Taylor Allen; his aunt Charlene Blalock; his sister-in-law Edith Piet; his sons, Joseph Weaver and Michael Goolesby; his grandson Brad Weaver; and his siblings, Johnny, Bruce, Randy, Stanley and Shirley Pacetti.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to the Family Church building fund or to Lighthouse Church of God.
