He was predeceased by: his parents, William Arthur Prior and Dorthy Prior (Greene). He is survived by: his wife Patricia Moore-Prior; his sons, Jeffrey Prior (Theresa), Timothy Prior (Rebecca) and Thomas Prior (Katie); his grandsons, Tyler, Andrew, Cameron, Brenton, Scott, Rob and Ryan; and his close friend James Houghton.
